With 15 years of instructional design experience, I lead the full lifecycle of learning initiatives—from needs analysis and stakeholder alignment through design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Led the conversion of a traditional instructor-led training program into a scalable, self-paced eLearning solution for a large organization, increasing accessibility and standardizing delivery across diverse learner groups.

  • Designed and implemented a custom Storyline template, including branded navigation, menu architecture, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across enterprise-level training initiatives.
